Our Zen sitting group meets every Monday evening from 7:00pm to 8:30pm
Evening sittings consist of two one-half hour sitting periods separated by a five minute walking meditation, interviews with Sensei Grover Genro Gauntt and a period of sharing before the close.
Introductory meditation instruction is always offered.
